Can I connect DVD Recorder (Panasonic DMR ES15 or higher models/brands) to PC & download/burn data/pictures? - panasonic dmr es15 dvd recorder usb

I checked the specifications of many DVD recorders (Panasonic, Sony, Toshiba, Pioneer ..) - Feature-rich, expensive, multi-format and with W / O HD - be able to see some of them are connected to my PC or laptop via a USB or FireWire.
